mom-mee

One of Ella's friends calls her mom "Mommy," and after a recent playdate Ella has started using it. But we're not sure what it means. When she says it, it is very deliberate and seems to mean more than the typical "Mom." I think it means "Mom & Me," but either way, it's pretty cute.

What are you going to do about her sleep sacs when she gets taller? One of these days she'll need to upgrade to a Snuggie. (Bet she doesn't realize how lucky she is to live in a time where the Snuggie exists.)
Cute video.

Bea still says mama even though Henry calls me mommy. She does say daddy though so not sure why mommy is not in her vocabulary. I do have to admit that I think mommy is cuter than mama. What do you think? Ella is so darling saying it:) thanks for sharing
