I Love...

Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle
Increased my milk supply and saved me from 12 months dependent on formula.

White Noise
I put an radio in Ella's crib and cranked up the static. She seems to like it. Thank you Dr. Karp.

Baby 411
Even Pediatricians have questions. This book has answers.

Diaper Gene II Elite
Foot pedal for easy hands-free disposal. No twisting or pushing required.

iPhone
I can check email, surf the web, read blogs, read
Pride and Prejudice, keep track of my nursing...all from the comfort of the glider rocker.

Baby Bjorn
The BB+Fresh Air=Calm Ella. Hasn't failed me yet.

NICU Nest
Thank you Danielle. We love it.

Kiddopotamus SwaddleMe
Ryan calls it the Swaddlepotamus. I call it brilliant.

the occasional bottle

I know breastmilk is nature's perfect food, but sometimes you can't beat the convenience and ease of a bottle. Just stay away from that Chinese formula.

Nancy Barrus
Not related to Ella, but the woman is a genius.

So glad about your milk!!

So glad that even you have questions...makes me feel not so stupid about mine.

I say keep up the occasional bottle. Avery used to take one, but then we didn't give her one for awhile, and now she will have nothing to do with it.

NICU nest= nice round head. I am glad you like it because I seriously try to get everyone I know with a baby to use it, and I feel like they mostly think I am crazy.

maybe I'll try the white noise with Nate - we just got a noise machine as a gift for the baby but maybe it'd help him too :)

Alissa,

Seriously, you looked way better than that picture portrays. I would say that you were such a trooper to bring your "big" self out and see us, but I'm going to have to say "medium" self. Actually, relatively "small."

I love you and Ella!

Shows you how long its been since I had babies. I couldn't relate hardly any of that stuff. Except the Chinese milk. Laura
