Wonderful Weekend
I had my first work-free weekend in ages, and I enjoyed every second of it. I slept in, cleaned my house, did my laundry, cooked in, ate out, saw a movie, worked out, took a nap...pure bliss. And, I think I felt the baby move. Either that or there are new bubbles in my stomach that are popping every now and then. I must be looking more pregnant too, because today in church the woman sitting next to me (who speaks very little English) offered me a cookie, "For the baby." I happily took it.

Blogs Away
I'll admit it. I love blogging. Well, I love reading other people's blogs, not necessarily posting on my own. When I started this blogging adventure (thank you Zak) it was almost like a joke...something to do at 3:54 am while on call (thank you Camie for validating early posts). But now I would consider myself a bona fide blogger. I love keeping up to date on the lives and loves of friends and family. But even more, I love finding a blog of someone I've lost contact with (the Smart girls for instance) and finding out what they are up to. It's like being a fly on the wall. I've been surprised at how many blogs are out there...everyone (except Jamie) is doing it.
I am almost done with a busy month at work, and then I'll be better about posting. Keep on a blogging!

It's true
After nearly 7 years, Ryan and I are finally moving forward. We are about 5 years behind most of our friends, but better late than never. The big day is September 6, and I am already looking (and feeling) pregnant. If any of you moms out there have any advice on sleeping, eating or dressing, give it to me. It will be about a month before we find out whether we need blue or pink paint for the nursery...we'll keep you posted.
